Moving around the Link site right now feels like walking through a huge airport that's under construction. There's a vast structure there but it doesn't have many signs or guideposts yet.
The current main page is obviously aimed at OA developers and we need to make it a PSSLink gateway page with a basic site intro statement and a listing of ongoing projects. Links to a faq, a Help Wanted listing, and a New Project setup page would also be good.
